Theatre Policies

  • Prohibited items: Large bags, backpacks, and professional cameras (with removable lenses) are not permitted.

  • Cell phones: Allowed except during designated “phone-free” shows. Phones will be secured in pouches when required.

  • Smoking: Not permitted in the Avalon Theatre or OLG Stage. Designated smoking areas are available within Fallsview Casino.

  • Age restrictions: The Avalon Theatre and OLG Stage are all-ages venues. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. The gaming area remains 19+ only.

  • Concessions: Available at select performances (cashless payments only).

  • Seating: All seating is assigned at the time of ticket purchase. Every guest requires a ticket.

 

Accessibility & Guest Services

  • Wheelchair-accessible seating is available in Section MR4, ML4, MR5, and ML5. Must be requested through the Box Office.

  • Hearing assistance devices are available free of charge at the Box Office (with a valid driver’s license as deposit).

  • Complimentary tickets can be booked online through your Momentum account, by phone, or at the VIP Services Desk.

  • Momentum Dollars can be used toward purchasing tickets.

 

Box Office & Ticketing

  • Tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster.ca or through the Avalon Theatre Box Office.

  • Complimentary ticket pickup begins at 12 noon on show days (3 PM for evening-only shows).

  • Cancellations must be made by 10 AM the day prior to avoid a no-show fee of $25 deducted from Momentum Dollars.

All persons must be 19 years of age or older to enter the casino gaming areas. While the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino and the Avalon Theatre are all-ages venues, children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. TICKET LIMIT: There is a combined ticket purchase limit per customer. Orders exceeding the published ticket limit may be cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes duplicate orders having the same billing address or credit card. SHOWS START ON TIME! Late arrivals will not be permitted entrance to the theatre until an appropriate break in the performance, as determined by Fallsview Casino Resort’s ticket ushers. The Box Office will be OPEN AT 12 NOON ON SHOW DAYS ONLY. Ticket prices are quoted in Canadian funds. All performances are subject to change.
